At ANANTA JYOTISH AND VASTU, every product, remedy, and energised item is created with sacred intention and traditional processes. To protect the purity of our offerings and ensure fair service, the following policies apply.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

Please record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

This video is required to claim:

• ✔ Damage
• ✔ Missing item
• ✔ Wrong product

Without this video, no claim can be processed even the planets won’t be able to bail us out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you must inform us within 48 hours (2 working days) of receiving it by emailing: anantajyotish09@gmail.com

Not Eligible

Product opened, used, tampered, or with missing/altered serial number

Energised products (activated with your name & aura; cannot be reused)

Exchange with a different product category (cross-product exchange not allowed)

VERIFICATION PROCESS

ANANTA JYOTISH AND VASTU reserves the right to:

• Verify whether the returned product is truly damaged or incorrect
• Approve or reject the claim based on inspection
• Decide whether reshipment or replacement is appropriate

Note: Customers must bear the shipping charges for reshipped/replaced items.

Return Requirements

To return a product, the customer must provide:

• Original packaging
• Order receipt or order details

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by ANANTA JYOTISH AND VASTU

Your order may be cancelled due to:

• Unexpected stock unavailability
• System errors
• Any unavoidable internal issues

In such cases, the order will be automatically cancelled and a refund will be initiated.

Cancellation by Customer

If you placed an order and wish to cancel without any reason, you may do so within 24 hours of ordering.

Refund will be initiated within 48 hours of cancellation approval.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided only when:

• ✔ The returned product meets our return policy
• ✔ Replacement is not possible
• ✔ Transit damage/wrong product is validated and reported on time

Important Timelines

• Wrong product or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to error, ANANTA JYOTISH AND VASTU may :
• - Contact the customer with correct details, or
• – Cancel the order and issue a refund

No Refund Situations

• ❌ Energised products (custom-activated in your name)
• ❌ Used/opened/tampered products
• ❌ Claims without unboxing video
• ❌ Claims raised after the allowed time window

Customers will receive an email notification stating whether their refund/exchange request is approved or rejected.

HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).

• Refund initiation: within 4 working days of receiving the returned product
• Bank processing time: up to 10 working days to reflect the amount
• For delays after confirmation, kindly contact your bank directly with the refund reference
